I just took all those posts form my myspace. I am trying to get rid of my myspace page and only have a facebook page and now this.
A look back at 2008 and a look into the future of 2009

2008 started out real good I got a new job, life was good. We had our first puppy Padme' for 4 months. We had been married for a little over a half af year. It was all looking good. We had our first anniversay, Padme' had her first birthday, then all hell broke lose. I went out on Strike it lasted two months. It started on my birthday and ended on Gino's birthday. The only good part about the strike was I was off to spend time with Kerryn when she came to visit. It was awesome I got to spend almost two weeks with her. And the last part we all went to Vegas. It was soooo cool. We stayed at NY/NY we saw a show we walked all over it was the best, can't wait to go back. Since I was off for so long I went looking for a job. I found one at Target it was going to just be Seasonal, but I did the week of training then did not get many shifts. Then my first 8 hour shift I got so sick that I had to call in. After that I had no shifts and I went to Vegas. When I got back I had pink eye. They called and asked if I was going to come in I could not. Then I had no shifts at all, so that was the end of that a week and a half of work. After all of that we got our new puppy Anakin. Then I went back to work, things started to get better. We signed up Anakin for puppy class and we have been to three classes he is doing well. I took them to a Beagle meetup it was a lot of fun. Steve is back to is normal shift, life is going well.
2009 is going to be a fun year. We our going to have our second anniversay. We are both going to turn the big 3 0 this year. Padme will be 2 and Anakin will turn 1. We are going to try to have a big B-Day bash right between out two birthdays, it will be August 15th 2009. We don't know if we want to have it here or go to Vegas again. We have some time to think about it. Also we are going to try to come home for a visit we will be bringing the puppies. We are also going to start looking for a house. Our lease is up at the end of October. So we will start looking when it gets warmer. We also want to start fostering beagles when we get a home. And then start a family but we want a home first. This year is going to be great. It is off to a good start.

Strike

Almost 6 days into the Strike. Boeing is seeing it as at least a 30 day strike. So I am going to start looking for a job to help till I go back to work. In the last few days I have cleaned the whole apt from top to bottom. I am going stir crazy. I need to go out and get a part time job. This month is not starting off very good hopefully it will get better.

The new year has been great. I know it has only been 10 days but it is great. This past sunday we ordered a new bed, it comes in next saturday. I start my new job at Boeing tomorrow. I found a new dentist well that part has not been great. I need two crowns, I cracked a tooth and that is why I found a new dentist. But everything else has been great. Padme' has gotten so big, but we think that she has stop growing, which is fine. She is about 10 inches tall, between 15-16 pounds, 18-20 inches long. She is finally house broken yea!!!!!!!!!! So for the rest of the year we have lots of plans. Well after we get the new bed a good night sleep I can't wait. We want to go see a hockey game in Canada but we will see how the money is. Because the Red Wings are coming but it is in February and we will have to take Padme' and we don't know where we would stay. Then in May we are going to Disneyland I can't wait. Yes we are taking Padme' we have already look in to it. Then my mom and dad are coming to visit in June. I m also going to try to go home for Amanda's wedding at the begining of June. Then after my parents leave we will be getting another puppy Anakin. Then Steven's parents are coming to visit. We think in August. Then our lease is up in October. So we will have to move in to a house we hope. O yea we are looking for a house all this time also. Because we plan on staying out here till Im done with school. Well that is about all for now I need to get some rest early day tomorrow. Miss you all. Love Ya.

The last month

Well since the last blog I have finished training. Yea!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got offered a job and I start 1/4/08. I can't wait it is going to be so different from anything that I have done before. I will be working at Boeing on the assembly line. It is going to be so much fun.
Also Gino and Robyn have been here this week. We have had so much fun. We walked around Seattle, went to the Aquarium, we went Whale watching today. O MY GOD it was awesome. We saw at least 20 Orcas. Pictures to come soon. We did alot and saw alot. We all had tons of fun. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner for everyone. I was cooking all day it started with breakfast, then everyone left me and I bake desert, and then i started dinner. We had turkey, real mashed potatoes, cheesey potatoes, olvies, pickles, rolls, brocolie, green beans, and salde. They both will be missed. Can't wait for them to come back to visit again.
Padme' our baby. She is growing like a weed. She is 10 lbs now. And 18 weeks old today. Three more weeks of puppy classes. She is doing so well. She is also going to miss Gino and Robyn. She has fallen in love with them both. And they love her. Padme' has lost her first puppy teeth and started to get her adult teeth, it is the four front ones, two on top and two on bottom. We got her some new clothes. She is so cute in them. Pictures to come soon.

Half way through training

Well training is going ok. But we are a full day behind. Because we have a couple people in our class that are just bone heads. I am doing good I have gotten 4 100% on the four written assessment that we have taken and their are still two more they are not what I am worried about. It is the projects their are also 6 of them. We finished one and I got a 96%, we should of finished the second one last night but those bone heads. I am riveting for the first time and using air tools that I have never used before. It is a lot of fun. The class started out with 20 people and is down to 16. It will be down a couple more real soon. We ase given an alotted amount of time for each project and what we don't finish we get marked down for. We need to keep an 80 avarage in each part. Well more to come later.

160 hours of unpaid training

Well I passed the assessment. Next to come is the unpaid training. And that doesn't even guarantee me a job. So I will be working during the day and training at night for the next month. But if I do get the job it will be awesome. The benefits are great, they pay for school, paid holidays, double time saturdays, triple time sundays and holidays, shut down at christmas and get paid for it. So hopefuly I will get it. Pray for me. Thank you

Our new puppy

Our new puppy Padme' is going to be 12 weeks old this friday. She is the next to best thing that has ever happened to me. Steve is the first. She is full of energy and very friendly. She is a lover and a biter. Padme' is so cute and so little. She was 4.5 pounds when we got her and she goes back to the vet on the 18th. She is a spoiled rotten little brat, but we are making her that way. She sleeps with us every night. We walk her about 6 to 8 times a day and she still has tons of energy. We each walk her at least 3 times a day if not more. We just love her to pieces. We have had her for almost a month. We got her when she was 8 weeks and two days old. Well more to come later along with some more pis.

Mom got here today. Yea!! She will be out here for a week. She also found out that we are getting a new puppy. We sent cards to our parents to tell them about the puppy and they got them today. So this week is going to be fun. Mom is here and a new puppy. More about the puppy later.

Our new life together

Well I thought that my first blog should be about my new life. Everyone was wondering why Washington? Well that is easy Steve got a job offer out here. Maybe I should start a little father back. It started about six months after I moved back home from Flordia working at Disney. I had been just hanging out at home and my brother asked if to go out with him and his friends so that I just was not at home. So I went out with them and that is how I met Steve. After a little bit we started to date. And then we went on a couple of vacations together. The second time that we went to Disney though it was different. Steve proposed. When we were planning Steven told me that if he said that we have to be some where at this time not to question him, because he knew that I would. So the first full day down there we went to AK and Steve said that we have to leave be no later then 3pm. So I just went along, also their is a dress code so I had to dress up. I did not ask any questions I just got ready. We did not rent a car so we had to take the bus and then the monorail so I knew that it was at 1 of 3 resorts. Then the monorail broke down. But they said that they would hold our priority seating. So we got off at The Grand Floridian and Steve told me we were eating at Victoria & Albert's OH MY GOD!!! So they sat us and then handed us a tri-folded paper it was our menu each one had our name on it. It was a six course meal. So right before the last course he looked at me and pulled a box out of his coat, I almost started to cry. He looked at me and said "You know what I 'm going to ask, but will you marry me?" I was in shock but I said "Yes". Then after they brought out desert they brought us new menus congratulating us so that we would have a keepsake. The evening was awesome the ring is gorgeous 3 stone princess cut I LOVE IT!!! AND I LOVE STEVEN!!! So then comes the planning. The big day was May 26. Also we had to plan the honeymoon. For the honeymoon we went on a tour of Europe for two weeks and finished it with four days at Walt Disney World. Well the time flew by and the day finally came. By this time Steve had just finished school and taken all his FAA tests and pasted. So he was about to loss his job with Farmer Jack because they were going under which they now have. So Steve was taking job offers for three months before the wedding. I also quit my job right before the wedding. So Steve was looking at a couple of different jobs but it came down to which one had the best benefits and the one out here in Washington. So after we came home from our wrilwind honeymoon we had to finish packing and move across country. Boy was that a drive. It took us five days to get here. But now we are here and we are going to stay for a little while at least. When people would ask where are you moving to a would say this little town called Everett, but when we got here come to find out it is a large city. Steve just works up the street from where we live. He took the job with Goodrich ATS (he works on planes). And while I need to find a good job I am working at Public Storage for now. I have put in apps all over just waiting to hear back. I kept applying every week for new jobs. So the next thing for me is to go back to school. But the next thing for us is the search for a house, land to build a house, or a new apt. We are also thinking about adopting a pet. But we do not know if we want a cat or a dog. We are loving married life. And the fact that we are starting fresh in a new state with all new people. More to come later.
